I want to start by thanking you for all the documentation you have prepared for the five physical inventories conducted by AMR at our company. The hard copies and CD's will be very useful for audit purposes and updating our fixed asset information. It will also serve us as we move forward in joining the new corporate organization.

Next, I want to let you know how much I admire your organizational skills and your "take charge" ability in respect to all the coordination it took to complete these physical inventories. Working and scheduling the process with the Site Coordinators and others was no small task. The amount of assets inventoried was significant as was the amount of ground to be covered. I had only positive feedback from the locations, which is a credit to you and your team.

I also appreciate how once AMR received the company asset information, I could stand back and let your team go to work. With all the unexpected changes at this time within our company and the extra work-load attributed to it, it was a definite relief to know that the physical inventories were in very competent hands and no worry was necessary.

I think sometimes we focus so much on the negative we miss the positive. I want to make sure that this email from Jim receives visibility. When I spoke to him for the site sign off he had so many positive things to say about the AMR team that scanned the data center. His team actually went behind the AMR team to find assets that were missed and he said they were unable to find any.

I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, willingness to accept suggestions for our Facility and the short time it took them to scan 2,477 assets (51/2 hours start to finish). We filed the returns AMR prepared this past week and I am going to take this opportunity to thank AMR and specifically operations director for carrying through with a job well done. As you folks realize it is easy for a client to over look the importance of the service your organization provides. As I look back at the monumental task that was accomplished by your team and spearheaded by the operations director I am very pleased with the results. We really came down to the wire at the end (because AMR was waiting on me for information/decisions) but we made it and that's what counts.

An analogy I can draw on to compare what you have helped me do and that you, AMR, would easily understand is that of passing the CPA exam. When I studied for it I took the Becker CPA review course and had I not done that I would have not passed because I would have put off the studying. The review course kept me disciplined and on track and I passed because of it. Had it not been for the operations director's constant supervision of the process and prodding me to stay on track and get him information necessary to assist in completing the assignment I would still be trying to get this thing done and be nowhere near the finish line. Because of his leadership we are done.

In today's business environment success is not a given. I have always thought that it starts with good solid employees who are conscientious, driven and above all hard working. The team sent to work on this engagement were four AMR professionals. On behalf of BorgWarner Turbo Sytems I thank this team for a job well done. They have shown me all three attributes I consider to be necessary in order to succeed.

Should you ever need a recommendation for BorgWarner (or any other entity for that matter) I would be happy to pass that on my thoughts.

Thanks for the update. I am looking forward to receiving the database and getting to work on it myself. In our never ending growth, I already have new fixed assets to add.

Also, I wanted to take a chance and tell you how much I enjoyed working with your group. From start to finish, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. The process you have in place was wonderful. All of the pre-inventory work helped to divert any on site problems that might have arisen. Your expertise helped the entire process flow smoothly.

The onsite team also did a superb job. I was impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. I remarked to them that they were a very polite group of guys. During the inventory, they did everything possible to inventory everything without interrupting anyone's work. One concern going into the inventory was an interruption in the production floor productivity. The supervisors or production manager did not find any slow in the production during the inventory. That in itself was an accomplishment. The only problems that arose during the audit was the mistagging of some items, but that could not be prevented. Our staff told them that the items were Solectron owned. When in reality, the items were not Solectron owned. The field staff was very knowledgeable and gave many useful tips for future use. They are a great group of guys that deserve recognition for their job here in Memphis.
